If the online retailer is not legitimate and from another country, besides Canada, we cannot offer the discount.

We ship our products Canada wide and all packages are shipped very discreet. Products are packed with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments. The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit one of these packages, the order will automatically be divided into two or more packages.

Order confirmation with instructions for how to make payment is sent to your email address automatically and immediately after you submit your order. Once payment is received, we process and dispatch your order on the same or next business day. All product is shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost and arrives in 1-2 business days. A tracking number is provided for every purchase. We also offer free Xpresspost shipping to all orders over $300.

Unfortunately, we do not make any manual changes or cancellations to pending orders. Since the order process is entirely computerized, it is much faster, more efficient and less problematic to place a completely new order. So, if you wish to make changes to your order, simply place a new order and disregard your former order number (it will automatically be canceled and removed from our system if payment is not made within 24hrs). NOTE! Since order cancellations are not accepted once payment is received, you must make necessary order changes before payment is made.

If you notice a mistake on your shipping address please let us know immediately. If we have already shipped your package then it’s too late. We do not have a return address and the parcel will be lost. We will not hunt down parcels. Please make sure to double check your shipping address before submitting your order or the mistake will cost you.

We do not have a minimum or maximum order requirement.

We only accept Interac email money transfers and Bitcoin at this time. Full payment details are given on the checkout page.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours via Canada Post Xpresspost. Delivery time is 1-2 business days. Delivery time will depend on what time the shipment was received by Canada Post. If overnight delivery is needed please email us for cost quote.We also offer free Xpresspost shipping to all orders over $200. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
