1. Order Cancellation

We strive to process and ship your orders promptly, but we also understand that you may sometimes need to cancel the order.

• If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so before it has been shipped.
• To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Orders canceled before shipment will be eligible for a full refund, which will be processed promptly.
• The refund initiated from our end could take time to reflect in your account (depending upon the banking partner).
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Order Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Products can be returned if they meet one or more of the following criteria:
• The product was damaged during transit.
• You received a defective product.

3. Order Refund Policy

We aim to make the refund process as smooth as possible for our customers. The refund initiated from our end could take time to reflect in your account (depending upon the banking partner). Once your return is approved, we will process the refund within 48 hours (business hours). Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
